Which plan do I need?

The one that covers the number of units you manage. Every plan has the same features; the price follows the size of your portfolio.

Are features locked behind higher plans?

No. Work orders, inspections, Make Ready, incidents and portfolio dashboards are in every plan. Larger plans add staff, file storage, support level and integrations.

What if I need more staff or storage?

Extra staff is $8 per user per month. Extra file storage is $15 per 100 GB, or $99 per TB from Enterprise up.

Does PropEase collect rent?

Rent collection is coming soon, for about $0.30 more per unit per month. With it, the complete platform lands around $0.90 per unit.

Does PropEase replace property accounting software?

No. PropEase focuses on daily property operations, team coordination, work orders, inspections and operational visibility.
